- Within 2 year from delivery date.
The warranty & exchanges doesn't cover any problem that is caused by the following conditions:
- Immerse it into water.
- Normal daily wear and tear.
- Man-made modifications.
- Products not sold by us.
- Misuse and/or mishandling of product.
- Theft or loss of the product.
What we will response under our warranty & exchanges policy?
We will take care of all quality-related issues with a free replacement in 1 year warranty. Exchange is free for product quality issue, we'll send you the exchange shipping label after we received and confirmed your exchange request.
Please refer return operation of our refund policy to start an exchange.
Exchanges without any quality-related issues are not free of charge, you will return at your own expense.
